DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched as soon as they are completed which is normally within 2 days.
- Delivery to most parts of the UK is from 2 days and delivery to Europe is from 3 days
- Should any items be out of stock then the customer will be notified and they can choose an alternative item or opt for a partial refund for the item. if the customer can not be contacted this will of course delay their order.
- You may not cancel your order if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched.
- We may deliver the goods in instalments depending on what you are ordering.
- Delivery will be made ONLY to the delivery address as stated by the method of payment.
- Should customers want delivery to a different address other than the billing address, customers should kindly add a new delivery address to their chosen method of payment when making payment.
RETURNS
Returns of faulty goods must be sent back within 7 days.
we can only issue a refund when goods have been received back. if you do not send the goods back we can not issue a refund.
if there is a mistake with your order you must notify us within 2 days after receiving your goods.
we will cover full returns cost if they mistake was our fault. if you have just changed your mind you will need to cover return costs.
under NO circumstances can we refund Money for goods without you returning the items to us. Thank you
